What is your design process?
I follow a structured but flexible process: Understand the problem through research, Define the opportunity with clear goals, Design through rapid prototyping and testing, and Ship in close collaboration with engineering. The depth of each phase adapts to your timeline.
What tools do you use?
Figma for design and prototyping, FigJam for workshops and collaboration, Notion for documentation and specs, and Maze or UserTesting for research. I adapt to whatever tools your team already uses.
Are you available for freelance work?
I selectively take on freelance and consulting projects alongside my full-time role. I am most helpful for design system architecture, UX audits, and focused design sprints. Reach out to discuss your project and timeline.
What industries do you specialize in?
I have deep experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise admin platforms, logistics, and social commerce. I am also increasingly working in AI-powered product design. That said, my core skill is making complex workflows clear — which translates across industries.
